We want to set an example for our portfolio businesses. That’s why we’re working towards a BCorp accreditation. In addition, we are a signatory for ESG VC, Good Business Charter, and Living Wage Foundation.
Championing diverse investment
PXN champion diversity in venture. Over half of our funds are led by women investors and our portfolio significantly over indexes on diverse founders. We are signatories of Investing in Women code and play an active role in improving the diversity gap.
