What is EIS?
The Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) is unique to the UK and is one of the most well-known vehicles for driving venture capital investment into early-stage companies. This scheme rewards investors for supporting innovative businesses like yours. EIS is the bedrock of venture capital, laying the foundations for success.
Supporting companies from seed to Series A with total rounds from £0.5m to £20m.
Our EIS and KI EIS Funds
Our EIS Fund covers everything from enterprise software to deep tech across sectors as diverse as health, climate and industrials. We fund businesses from Seed to Series A and our focus is predominately on businesses based in the North of the UK.
PXN is also approved to provide KI EIS funding. KI stands for Knowledge Intensive and refers to EIS Funds that invest 80% of their portfolio into knowledge intensive businesses. Our KI EIS Funds back B2B IP-rich companies across the North of the UK, helping us to deploy greater levels of funding into KI qualifying businesses.
